Resend is live for invoices, statements and chases by email, and WhatsApp is live for orders. Twilio is set up for SMS and voice but nothing runs through it yet. Mailchimp, Brevo and Klaviyo are not connected yet - we can connect each one, and what they would send (a season list, a shortage list, a buy list) already exists inside Market Run.

What is actually live for messaging?
WhatsApp for orders and replies, and Resend for invoices, statements and chases by email. Twilio is set up for SMS and voice, but nothing is sent through it yet.
Could Market Run send marketing emails through Mailchimp?
We connect it for you, in about a day. What it would send already exists inside Market Run: what is in season, what has gone short, what is worth buying this week.
Why is Twilio set up but not switched on?
Because WhatsApp already carries the order channel this business runs on, and adding SMS alongside it has not been asked for yet. The connection exists, and switching it on is a decision, not a build.
