Titan Studio AI is a software studio, not a product company. We build one system per wholesaler, built around how that business already runs its night, instead of a fixed product everyone has to fit themselves into. Market Run is our wholesale system. AgentResto is our product for restaurants.

Where we came from
We worked in this trade before we wrote software for it. For years the work was restaurants, hospitality and warehouses: running them and selling to them. Then the businesses around them: sales, finance, funding and lenders. We have started businesses from nothing in the UK, the Middle East and India, built the teams behind them, and worked with national chains and single-site owners on the same day.
Everywhere we looked we saw the same thing. A business ran on five or six systems, and every one of them did about a third of the job. One took the order. One raised the invoice. One planned the route, on a good day. None of them talked to each other, so a person sat in the middle at midnight, typing what one system said into the next.
Part of our work today is government-backed. We lead the UK's delivery of a multi-year Innovate UK innovation programme running across nine countries, with a fifteen-member group of universities, private technology firms and public sector partners. We have written grant applications, submitted them and won them. We have also run finance and marketing companies end to end - the numbers, the pipeline, the people and the delivery.
Why we build it custom
Off-the-shelf wholesale software is built once and sold to everyone. So the wholesaler is the one who has to change: pack sizes squeezed into someone else's dropdown, pricing squeezed into three tiers, delivery days squeezed into a calendar built for nobody in particular. And it still only covers part of the night.
So we build the whole night instead - orders, buying, pricing, the round, proof, invoicing, chasing, margin - as one system built around how the business already works. That is Market Run. It is not a product with a price list. It is what we build, one wholesaler at a time.
