Who we are
TitanReach is a product of Titan Studio AI Ltd ("we"). For personal data of visitors to this website and people who use the free review, we are the controller. For privacy requests, ask us on the call or through your account manager.
Two roles
When we run outreach for a client, the client decides who is contacted and why, and we act as their processor under a written agreement. This policy covers our own role as controller, and explains how outreach data is handled.
What we collect on this website
- Free review: your email address, the LinkedIn profile link you submit, and the review we produce.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit the number of reviews per day. We do not store the IP address itself in the review record.
- Basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To produce and show your review, and to reply to you if you ask: performance of what you requested, and our legitimate interest in running the service.
- To prevent abuse: legitimate interest.
- To contact you about our service after a free review: only where you have agreed, or where our legitimate interest applies and you have not objected. You can opt out at any time.
Outreach on behalf of clients
Outreach messages are sent to business contacts whose professional details are relevant to the client's offer. Each client records a legitimate interest assessment. Every reply is checked for opt-out requests, and anyone who opts out is added to a suppression list that applies across our service. Messages are logged with sender, time and template version.
Who we share data with
We use service providers to run TitanReach, such as hosting and database, email delivery, AI processing, scheduling and LinkedIn connectivity. They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK addendum to standard contractual clauses. Details of providers: [pending legal review].
How long we keep it
Free review records are kept for a limited period and then deleted: [retention period pending legal review]. Client prospect data follows the retention setting agreed with each client, 24 months by default, after which stale records are purged.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to sign in and keep the service secure. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change. This draft is subject to legal review before it is relied on.
