Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Titan Studio AI Ltd ("we"), which provides TitanReach. Client engagements are also covered by the order or proposal we agree with you, which takes priority if it differs from this page.
The service
TitanReach provides managed LinkedIn and email outreach, reply handling and meeting booking, together with a portal where you can see activity. We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill.
Pilot, then month to month
Engagements begin with a pilot. After the pilot the service continues month to month and either party can end it with the notice set out in your order. There is no minimum term beyond the pilot. Fees, setup, performance element and baseline are as agreed in your order.
Senders and consent
Outreach is sent only from accounts belonging to real people who have consented to us operating them. You confirm that anyone you ask us to use as a sender has agreed to it and that you are entitled to authorise it.
Template approval
We do not send messages from a template you have not approved. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you approve.
Acceptable use and platform rules
You must use the service lawfully, including UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, and must not use it to send misleading, abusive or unlawful messages. LinkedIn's own terms apply to LinkedIn accounts. We apply sending limits to protect accounts, but we cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will never restrict an account.
No guarantee of results
We do not promise a number of replies or meetings. Performance fees are calculated only from qualified meetings above the agreed baseline, as defined in your order.

Liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless your order says otherwise.
