Yes. Market Run sends email through Resend and it is live today. Invoices, delivery notes, statements and chases go out by email to the customers who take them that way, from the wholesaler's own domain, and every send is recorded against the invoice it belongs to.

What is true today
- Sending is live, from the wholesaler's own domain once the DNS records are in.
- Every message is recorded against the invoice or the order it belongs to, so a chase has a trail and nobody chases twice.

- Inbound email order capture is a separate connection and it is not the same thing as this one.

- Do invoices go out from my own email address?
- Yes, once the sending domain is verified with three DNS records. Until that is done, mail goes from a Market Run address so nothing is blocked, and the switch to the wholesaler's own domain is a same-day job.
- Can a customer get invoices by email and orders by WhatsApp?
- Yes. Each customer record carries how that customer is contacted, and the two are independent. A kitchen can send its order on WhatsApp and have the invoice arrive by email to a different person in the accounts office.
