WhatsApp is live for orders. Fresho, Rekki, Erudus ordering and the supplier portals are not connected.
Market Run's own ordering channel is WhatsApp, and that connection is live: orders arrive as free text, a photograph or a voice note and become priced lines. Fresho, Rekki, Erudus ordering and the Bidfood and Brakes supplier portals are not connected yet. A Fresho link is a migration, run once; the others we connect on request.

- Is WhatsApp ordering actually live?
- Yes, for orders arriving and replies going back on the same thread. Automatic template messages outside WhatsApp's 24-hour window are waiting on Meta's approval, so those go by hand today.
- Can Market Run take over from Fresho?
- We can run a Fresho migration, and Market Run has no affiliation with Fresho. It would aim to bring across the customer book, the catalogue, order history and price arrangements. The honest estimate depends on what Fresho's own export allows out.
- What about Rekki or a supplier portal like Bidfood or Brakes?
- None of those is connected today. We connect each on request, in the same way the WhatsApp channel already works: orders land as priced lines against the wholesaler's own catalogue rather than a separate system to check.
