Features
Driver's phone
The round on the driver's own phone. Where next, one tap to navigate, proof at the door. Works with no signal.
The driver's phone shows one thing: the next drop, and how to get there. Arrive, take the proof, done. The office sees every van move. No paper run sheet, no phone calls to ask where the van is.
It is built for a cold van at 5am. Big buttons, high contrast, one hand. The driver never types. Every drop is one tap to navigate, one tap to arrive, and the proof screen does the rest.
How it works
- 01The driver opens the app on their own phone. It shows their round for today, in driving order.
- 02One tap opens the next drop in the maps app they already use - Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze.
- 03At the door they tap Arrive. The proof screen opens: signature, two photos, temperature, crates back.
- 04Done. The next drop is already on screen. The office sees the van move, drop by drop.
- 05No signal? It keeps working. Everything is sent the moment the phone reconnects.
What it replaces
The paper run sheet. The addresses typed into the driver's own maps app. The phone calls from the office asking where the van is. The signed docket that may or may not come back.
What it works with
- Google Maps, Apple Maps, WazeOne tap opens the next drop in the maps app the driver already uses.
- The phone's cameraThe two proof photos are taken on the phone, at the door.
- Route plannerThe round comes straight from the plan. Nothing is typed in twice.
- Proof of deliveryWhat the driver captures becomes the proof, and the invoice is raised from it.
Plainly
What it will not do on its own
- It does not drive the van. It tells the driver where next and how to get in.
- It does not need a special device. It runs on the driver's own phone, Android or iPhone.
- It does not let a drop close without the proof. A missing photo is a missing photo.
What it replaces
A paper run sheet, addresses typed into a maps app by hand, and the office ringing round to find the van.
Time it saves
The minutes at every drop spent finding the address and the way in, and the calls to the office in between.
Questions people ask
- Does the driver need a special device?
- No. It runs in the browser on the driver's own phone, Android or iPhone. Nothing to install from a store.
- What if the driver has no signal?
- The round is already on the phone. The proof is captured offline and sent when the phone reconnects.
- Can the office see where the vans are?
- Yes. While a driver is on a round, the office sees the van move drop by drop. Tracking is only on during the round.
- Which maps app does it use?
- Whichever the driver already uses. Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze - one tap opens the next drop in it.
